Сейчас машина в collision центре, ее туда доставила другая компания, моя страховочная сказала, что не покрывает это. Со страховой компании не позвонили, хотя обещали. Более того, мой зав. кафедрой, когда увидел меня, нашел на много жалоб на странные звуки на интернете Car survey, и transmision проблемы у Nissan Altima, Maxima . Год назад, у моеи машины были какие-то звуки, а так же как, когда мы ехали домой в восресенье из Флориды. Диллеры ее проверяли, но ничего не находили. Мы также ее проверяли перед поездкой, меняли масло и филтр, ее проверили на все другое как обычно. Шок конечно, синяки, голова болит. Но как же я буду ездит на ней после починки. 10 августа начинается мой семестр, студенты, лекции и тому подобное.

Господа посоветуите, что делать в моей ситуации: А) с Nissan или диллером, Б) страховой компании. Приехала в школу, стала парковать машину, между 2-х других машин. Когда машина пришла к полной остановке, стала переклучать в положение "запарковать" и машина неожиданно рванулась со скоростью, пронеслась и врезалась в дерево. Машина остановилась только после открытия подушки безопасности. Отключив мотор, увидела, что переключение скоростей в нетральнои позиции. Машина неслась в нетральной позиции. Хорошо, что я никого не задела. Бампер, правая фара, капот, правую часть возле колеса погнуты. Под бампером, видно что металическая часть (не знаю как она называется) тоже погнута. Я купила эту машину в июле 2005, 29,000 мил на ней.

Я думаю что здесь найдутся люди более опытные чем я (тьфу-тьфу), если страховка - Liability, то действительно, единственное что они могут Вам сделать, это поднять Premium, что они и сделают. Надо с дилером бороться до последнего, искать подобные случаи на интернете, может даже нанять адвоката, в вашем колледже может быть Legal Aide.

Ну во первый надо посмотрет' если аналогичные случаи были с этой моделью. Если были то нужно судить дилера, если не было, то доказать что в нейтралке стояла будет тяжело.

Вам нужен адвокат специализирующийся на таких делах.Со свой страховки кроме оплаты медицинских счетов Вы вряд ли что получите, а вот со страховки дилера а может и Ниссана пару тысяч думаю вполне можно отсудить. На большие суммы рассчитывать не приходиться но 10-12 тыс вполне возможно.
Будь Вы в Нью Йоркеадрес проверенногоадвоката я бы дал. Они не берут деньги за услуги пока не отсудят ихВам. Их доля обычно-33 процента.

Shaken by this startling experience and by driver’s airbag, motorist instantaneously turned car’s engine off by turning the ignition keys counterclockwise. The traumatized and bruised motorist noticed smoke emanating from steering wheel, thus decided to step out of vehicle. At 1st glance, the collision damaged right fender, bottom metal frame, hood, right headlight as well as bumper. Witnesses assisted motorist in arranging tow-truck to pick-up incapacitated vehicle. It appears that the cause of this accident lies in mechanical failure: a defective transmission. It’s unsafe to drive a vehicle with an undependable transmission. Luckily, no pedestrians were in the way of the uncontrollable vehicle. A thorough inspection of the cause of this accident, and a replacement of all faulty parts or vehicle, is highly advisable.

With right foot on break pedal, motorist shifted gearshift forwards, when the gearshift suddenly got stuck in the “N” position. The vehicle’s engine, however, unexpectedly revved loudly. The vehicle simultaneously accelerated uncontrollably forwards, running over a 4-foot long, 8-inch tall concrete stopper block, then going over the 6-inch high sidewalk, and inevitably moving into the woods, where vehicle hit a tree and finally came to a complete halt, with gearshift still being in “N” position.

The motorist and lawful owner of Nissan Altima 2005 (29K miles) was driving on cloudy but dry July 28 ‘09, at 9:50am, 4.5 miles from home to the work. Motorist pulled into the parking lot adjacent to the , and drove around looking for suitable parking spot. After one lap at creeping speed of 5 mph, motorist found an unoccupied parking spot facing the woods. Motorist pulled into available parking spot, nose first, and slowed down. When aforementioned vehicle came to a complete still stand, motorist then intended to shift the gearshift from the “D” into the “P” position, going through “N, R”.
