Но с другой стороны эти же средства и экономятся за счет больных. и ответственность врачей основывается на том, чтобы не попасть под суд. все строго по инструкции, даже если индивидуальный случай в инструкцию не вписывается. в России тоже свои проблемы. Мне здесь многое нравится, но телефонной диагностике не привыкну никогда. Нельзя человеку "по статистике" диагноз ставить и от всего прописывать болеутоляющие.

Lydmula - the phone line for the swine flu is not for diagnose of swine flu but it's a help line for people who think that they might have swine flu( I.e you suppose to call there if you have flu symptoms and not for finding out if you Do have the flu- as for the flu symptoms hopefully everyone knows them and you shouldn't need any extra help to distinguish them).

In regards to NHS direct I consider it as the most helpful attribute in our health system . I alsways check it first before panicking and making appointment with GP. And btw if you will contact nhs direct first and they will suggest to see gp you will never have a problem to see doctor immediately. My kid had a croup cough lard year we called nhs direct been suggested to take to gp, gp has seen him immediately. They organized appointment within 5 minutes. Which you can't do in any soviet country

What do you mean it's not appropriate here? I think you are more than happy to post any comments in english, but i think it's quite ridiculuous as you are a russian speaker and this forum especially is russian, so therefore any ideas has to be shared in russian to make sure people do understand the meaning of any comment send. Don't get me wrong but I think you are just simply showing off how well you know the language, but that's not the case Catherine:-) :-) :-) :-)

Baha come off it:-) I don't think thAt living in uk you gotta show off you English levels, it's obvious that whoever lives here speaks English, well more less. It's been mentioned that people cants understand Russian words written using English letters that's why I have offered to write in English :-) and I can't write using Russian letters. why everyone tries to be so agressive to each other here I cants understand:-)

Well its not that obvious as you think, i know dozens of people who lived here more than i did and still require some sort of assistance when dealing with the language and i am sure even on this forum it's the same issue and some people do struggle to understand what was written. So my point is all comments should be posted in russian doesnt matter what letters you are using either latin or cyrilic but the idea has to be shared in russian, if you know what i mean. Anyone who can't read latin should consider it that it's their problem not ours

форум действительно русский, но мне реально было удобней читать на английском , чем абракадабру на транслите...тут вот все извиняются...вот и я извенюсь, но буду пропускать всё, что написано на транслите, тем более таком...надо уважать тех, кто тебя читает. Я если что-то пишу, то хочу быть услышанной (то есть прочитанной)! Тем более, тут явное неуважение! Опять извените (жуть, какая вежливая) но если б я была модератором, банила б после двух предупреждений.
