There she goes with "this group" again. You are in this group, JuliaStein is in this group, Irena D. is in this group, Aleksey Petrov is inthis group. Speaking of logic and analytical thinking. Just because there are people who don't think like you does not make it a hostile environment.

Машенька, ты же должна помнить с кем говоришь..;-) никто даже не прокомментировал по сути дела (о клипе)...только о твоих домиках...интересно, а Обама знает ваще нормальных людей или только лунатиков...:-S *-)
------------------------------------------------------------------------ Glenn Beck preys on the feeble minded... nowhere in her speech did Anita Dunn endorse or praise Mao's ideology or the murder of millions... she mentioned that Mao and Mother Teresa were two of her favorite political philosophers, stating that "you don't have to follow other people's choices and paths"or "let external definition define how good you are internally." Yeah, the woman is pure evil... . Eto Ya, k sozheleniu, vse vremya zabivau s kem Ya govoru... |
Anyone who even remotely mentions Mao as a favorite philosopher raises big questions...any president who appoints such people to his administration, I thinks, lacks analytical thinking among many things...
stop with the personal attacks already! |
anyone who's never read Mao, shouldn't be commenting on his philosophies... you just don't like her because she enjoys readinginstead ofhunting.

no, at THAT moment republicans had ZERO power to block anything
At that moment Republicans had a power of filibuster. This is a fact. And this is enough to stop a bill if the party thinks that it is very bad for the country. A filibuster-proof majority is 51 senators. At that moment Al Franken was not confirmed as a senator, so Democrats had only 50 votes. That is why votes from Spector (who is Republican) and others were important. NOW Democrats have a filibuster-proof majority. So my prediction is that nothing will change. Republicans had an overwhelming majority in both the House and the Senate and ruined the country financially. And now there is no clear leader in the party. The Democrats are not going to do anything because they are not a homogeneous party -- so they will shoot themselves in a foot with inner-party disagreements. |
you are right in one thing - because of those RINOs and other nonprincipled republicans, the party is in shambles...Bush, McCain and other reach-across-the-aisle ones carry the responsibility...

BTW, Star Ledger of NJ had endorsed an independent for a Governor, bypassing two political heavyweights - Jon Corzine & Chris Christie. I think it's a major shift in the right direction. Let's not forget that a next major of NYC will be elected as an independent.

уши вянут:-| How can a political philosopher who is responsible for 70 million dead be ANYBODY's favorite? Is there a shortage of philosophers who did not kill any people? How sick and twisted one must be to select such a despot out of all the greatest thinkers of all times to use him as an example for the young people to follow?:-O Sick and twisted, sick and twisted... |
