Why don't they install some kind of machine where you can stick you drivers license and a credit card, and it prints you a needed paper???
I guess that's what happens when state (not Federal Govt) does things its way -- in Michigan there are machines like that that print out your car registration + stickers for you -- and you pay with your credit card. No need to stay in line. And I think they mail your driving record to you, you just have to ask...
