I loose a few pounds and a dress size over the summer when I go to Florida for two months. It's my detox time: no processed foods, no bread, no pasta, nothing but water to drink (very little wine - I have to), nothing to eat after 6 pm, nothing canned, nothing fried, one table spoon of ground flax seeds before every meal, very careful ordering at the restaurant, lots of push ups and sit ups, good mood and no stress.
