Well, corporate Human Resources do it without getting your union fees. For all of the 16 years that I worked for major corporations, I NEVER SEEN anyone's discriminated, for any reason whatsoever, be that age, religion beliefs, race or gender. Each company has well defined internal policies and procedures to defend workers against being harassed. If you do hear some wild corporate harassment stories, you can be sure that this person wanted to reach some publicity in that particular case, so he/she could sue and get a settlement. Yet again, the unions are an atavism, feeding off workers, whoring off its pension plans and producing nothing of value in return.
