if we are talking about sociopaths ( psychopaths) in clinical sense,they do have ( in my limited understanding, I am not a neuroscientist )a disctinct set of anatomical, electrophysiological andneurotransmitters differences. Which in any way excuses their behavior,but explains why we have to stay away from them. There is a ton if intoon it. One can just google something like "neurobiology ofpsychopathy".
What Oleg described was a really, really lousy parent, maybe she needsto be reported to CPS and should get some parenting classes, I don'tknow.
As far as just simply unbalanced people.... if they have at least somedesire to learn how to control their emotions - they can do it....
