don't you know that ALL PUBLIC hospitals will treat you with/without insurance????

Treat you or only in cases of emergency? How does one qualify? What if your income isn't low enough to qualify, but not high enough to afford health insurance premiums. Plus, have you ever seen the inside of those places - gives a whole new meaning to "shitty" medicine.
