"Russians" who left the Soviet Union most likely hate(d) everything about it. Most of the "americans" in this discussion came over to the US not because they hated Communist Party (it didn't exist when I left), but for a variety of different reasons.
And I truly believe that it is possible to love and appreciate United States и не поливать говном свою бывшую Родину.
It is not about conservatives and democrats.
