Lewis, who analysed the results, said: 'Most male gripes can be linked
to a basic loss of power or control and are very physical in nature.
'For women, however, the actions they deem most selfish have to do with shared emotions.'
In another survey, Britons were also found to be less happy than
people in much poorer countries such as Colombia and Guatemala,
academics at Erasmus University in Rotterdam, revealed.
Their 'life satisfaction' index showed the Maltese are the
happiest people out of the 90 countries surveyed, and are ten per cent
happier than Britons.
