One of the most prestigious concert halls of London - Royal Festival Hall was chosen to present White Illusions by
renowned composer and producer Karen Grigoryan. A concert performed by the Philharmonia Orchestra consisting of 20 of his greatest experimental classical works and
Aram Ilyich Khachaturian: Violin Concerto; Suite from Spartacus.
Grigoryan’s reputation as a composer has gained international significance recently, with his inclusion in the 20 Best Armenian Musicians of the Year (2011). In this concert he is joined by Juice, a uniquely versatile Armenian vocalist who as well as releasing her debut album Kix in 2010, has been awarded a diploma for the ‘Future of Russian Pop Music’ by Vladimir Putin. The orchestra is conducted by Marius Stravinsky
, Artistic Director of the Karelia Philharmonic Orchestra (KPO). This gala is an exceptional opportunity to gain an insight into the work of one of today’s foremost Armenian contemporary classical composers, performed by one of London’s premiere orchestras.
