I will protest socialist security departments such as the Pentagon, FBI, CIA, Department of Homeland Security, TSA, Department of Justice and their socialist employees.
Upon reaching eligible retirement age, I will tear up my socialist Social Security checks.
Upon reaching age 65, I will forego Medicare and pay for my own private health insurance until I die.

Julia, honestly??.. after all the numerous discussions we have had on this site, do you still not get what government functions are constitutional or should be performed in a free capitalistic society which ones create a nanny state? I mean, please get a book, read the Constitution, try to understand.. because it's like talking to a wall.. don't mean to be rude, just shocked how the left doesn't get it..(sr)

Agree, it's pretty sad that some people do not differentiate between very important role of a limited government (spelled out in the declaration of independence,) and a welfare cradle -to-grave nanny state.:-(
I just reread the Declaration yesterday - I get those little books ( Declaration and Constitution) in the mail once in a while when I contribute to conservative causes ( like Heritage Foundation, or Young America etc.)

Julia, thank you for posting. I always like to hear what the other side says when they think that no one listens.
I agree with Maria, it's pretty sad that this a perception of Tea Party or other grass roots movements.
On the other hand, I wish all the people who laughed at that list to continue laughing, because, apparently, they will give us a chance to laugh for many many years come November, if their heads are rooted that deep in the sand. No offense to Julia, personally.
