Do I expect the president to know what the heck is going on with a particular hospital in Montana? Not necessarily. Do I expect the president to know specifics about the national debt projections for the next 10 years? You bettcha!
Whatever, it's still a local issue, not the national. And a huge difference for me is this: Obama (it appears) DOESN'T WANT to talk about it, whereas Cain DOESN'T KNOW what he's being asked.
"regulations stymied innovation" is a catchy slogan, but Cain couldn't come up with a single example that would support his assertion. then he tried to convince Spitzer that job creation is innovation - which it's clearly not. after which he had to finally concede that he couldn't provide a specific example, and would have an answer for him the next time they met. if you have no specific examples, then why the F is that part of your platform? you guys rallied around Palin in the last election, until she proved to be a dud. I don't know how Cain obtained the degrees that he has, but he strikes more as a snake oil salesman, than an intellectual.
