Ok, Bush is out current president, he is in a big big house, called the white house. He will not be on the ballot (the little card that counts votes) in November (the Election day) instead they will have another 2 people to choose from. So no one really cares about Bush's achievements or failures right now, the issue is the NEW (as opposed to old) election.
