The Ontario College of Teachers is the institution where you need to apply for the lisence, in order to start teaching in Ontario. Of course, you need to do the English language exams, such as TOEFL, or some others, you'll get the list of acceptible exams once you're applied. But, everything is possible, and attainable, and what you'll need is just the time, so be patient, and you'll reach whatever is on our list.
