I'd like to add that in the same interview where he was looking for "which ass to kick" he said that he was actively engaged in this problem "a month ago", while "talking heads" weren't yet paying attention.
He made that "a month ago" statement fully 50 days (!!!!) after the rig accident.

1. В ноябре изберут кучу республиканцев, они начнут совать Обаме палки в колеса, он обретет облик великомученика "Я бы сейчас же все исправил, но гадкий конгресс не дает"
2. Корпорации, научившись за годы кризиса экономить на туалетной бумаге и выжимать из каждого работника максимум прибыли начнут зарабатывать серьезные деньги.
3. Те люди, которые при помощи Обамы держатся за свои дома, за которые они не могут платить, их рано или поздно потеряют, подскочит рынок коммерческой недвижимости. Инвесторы начнут скупать дома у банков по дешевке.
4. Стив Джобс изобретет какую нибудь I-штучку которая удовлетворяет секс потребности и одновременно пылесосит, её начнут покупать во всем мире.
Экономика поднимется, всё это посчитают обамовской заслугой и изберут его, как пить дат. Я так думаю.

I think Obama staying power depends on who will be the Republican candidate. Knowing the current state of republican party i see a high probability of a totally loony candidate, and even Obama can beat someone like Palin.
I think someone like Pawlenty gets a nomination he would give Obama a run for his money.
You have to always remember, nigroes will vote 98-99% for Obama even if he joins the KKK tomorrow, so a Republican would have to win 60% or the white vote to win and it's not an ez accomplishment.
