эта половина которая не платит налоги, не платит их не потому что у них огромные deductions или деньги спрятаны в offshore accounts, а потому что им платить не с чего. эти 9% будут забирать еду у их детей. а за покупки они и так платят такие же налоги как и самые богатые американцы.

employees only pay half of that... so they'll go from paying 7.65% to 18%? sounds like a good deal...

the fact that employer pays or employee pays it does not matter.. it's just a gimmick, employer would just increase the pay by the same amount. The total tax is 15.2%

there's no guarantee these people will get a 7.65% raise... employers will continue paying as little as they can get away with - especially in this job market.

7.65% raise could be legislated upon the introduction of a new tax structure.. i don't think it's a huge deal

Да ребята... Почитал я Вас... перечитал ещё раз... очень умные цифири увидел... забыл про что разговор вначале был, и опять принял решение.... Не буду я голосовать. Так всё запутано, что похоже и кандидаты не понимают про что разговор идет. Кто-то из великих сказал что "Всё гениальное просто", а тут решения и обсуждения на уровне "Института Америки и Канады" СССР.... короче в день выборов сижу дома...
