I don't think I'm comfortable with 1/3 of government revenue being so unpredictable.

it just seems like the poor would be subsidizing tax cuts for the wealthy... consumer spending would go down, many would be forced to cut back on necessities like food and clothing, not to mention medicine...

didn't Buffett say he was only paying something like 17%? but with Cain's plan they'll only be paying 9%? I'm sorry, but their grocery bill going up 9% won't help us balance the budget... meanwhile, many people will be forced to go hungry....
