If the couple have lived together since the separation for periods of less than six months this will not prevent a divorce on these grounds, but the period of living together will not count as part of the two years or five years. If a person marries a British citizen, a Commonwealth citizen with right of abode or a person with settled status, s/he will be given initial permission to stay in the UK for two years. At the end of this period, s/he may apply for settled status. If s/he separates or divorces within that two years, her/his application for settled status will almost certainly be refused. Once s/he has been given settled status, separation or divorce should not affect her/his right to stay in the UK.

скажите. вот у меня пол года стукнуло, как Хоум Оффис прислал письмо, что письмо у них. тоесть по закону сроки поджимают. ОНи должны уже мое дело рассмотреть. Не секрет, что люди ждут и по 18 месяцев, но.
Мне даже еще не назначили того, кто будет заниматься моим делом.
Мой муж европеец. Я жду резидент карт. Пол года, срока, назначенного ними уже прошло. Даже дольше. Паспорт там уже 7 месяцев там.
Подскажите, будьте добры, у кого опыт, если им написать:
что и куда написать, то ЭТО ПОМОЖЕТ УСКОРИТЬ ПРОЦЕСС?
МНЕ ОЧЕНЬ НУЖНО ДОМОЙ СЬЕЗДИТЬ.
