Ira, the point is he is not "stupid".. he is just not a politician.. hence his answers are not very polished.

And again: what exactly qualifies him to be in the position to ask you for your vote?

I like (for a change) that he can say "I was wrong when i said that", i like his 999 plan (maybe with some tweaks), some other aspects of his platform.
In general, I would take either him or Romney over Obama. I would LOVE to see Chris Christie run, or Ron Paul to get some support behind him.
But if this is all we got... oh well :)

Ira, if you are disenchanted with Obama, what's wrong with Cain, he is independent & smart. He has real ideas and he is not part of traditional republican establishment. If exactly the same guy was running on democratic ticket, I would cross the party line. Why wouldn't you?
