I mean I don't like pies - filling between tro crusts (American style) I am looking for old recipes that we used to make before like aprocot pies, apple pies, etc...fruits mixed with the dough... we called them pies. Remember? We even covered them with whipped whites... Here they call them coffee cakes.... or quick breads.... I am sure you know what I mean. I can find them on-line, I know, but if somebody has made it recently and it was good, please ... (F) (L)
