here is my super easy "Sharlotka" ( and if I can do it - anybody can,I only bake the easiest things): 2lbs apples, cubed, 1 cup flour, 1 cup sugar, 3 eggs, vanilla, some liquor . Beat eggs with sugar, slowly add flour. Grease a form , coat with bread crumbs, pour liquid mixture over cut apples, bake on 325 until test toothpick comes out dry. Can add walnuts and dry cranberries. to apples,comes out great every time.
