My son is grown up now. But back when, for his high school,I have placed him into the Lakeside private (the same school Bill Gates graduated from).
Beside siperior academics, they have taughed kids impressive set of social, people and business skills, including rhetorics, negotiation, presentation, creative writing skills, time management and all that.
In America these things are critical. None of Seattle publics schools come anywhere close to teaching this.
In terms of socialsthe boyabsolutely kicks ass (by my humble standards). I don't even remember when I last won any argument with him.... about anything :-)
