milk is best advised organic only, especially for children. All this rbST, antibiotics, IDF-1.... I mean, if you are a healthy adult and will have a tablespoon of whatever in your coffee - who cares, but for kids - different story.
red meat - should be very limited to start with, but good Angus steak once a month is much better then cheap hamburger meat daily:-D .
As far as fruits/veggies - one can download "Dirty produce" app on Iphone - good guide on what to buy organic and what not worth paying extra money for( it is the same Dirty Dozen/Clean Fifteen guide from EWG).
