Julia, I will ask my friend. I know that the services (a physician + all kinds of tests + treatment that she got) were 100% free of charge. It is possible, though that they didn't provide her with stuff she couldn't pay for. Moreover, when I was on my leave of absence and lost my health insurance another person gave me the site and the phone number of this place and told that she was very happy with it. I didn't use it because I bought Healthy New York a month before and I only needed to hang in for three months.... Now, I am mad at myself, I put this sticky note somewhere I can't find .... :-D :-D :-D
