"Много миллионов не имеют страховки, что не означает, что они не имеют доступа к качественной медицинской помощи"- that's right ....and all of us are paying for it....and those without insurance seek medical care frequently when they are too sick, and that makes this care much costlier. So, insuring all would drive healthcare costs down, or at least, stabilize them.
