I'm for changing the format. I kind of feel like the time is being wasted on figuring out who won, which frankly does not matter. We all read answers, we all react to them differently, but I think that's all that is needed. And now we do double and triple votes and half votes, its just silly. Instead we can probably do a question every 12 hours (if that's not too much of the commitment). The reactions to the answers are obviously still welcomed and not prohibited (Y)
The outstanding item is who will be providing the questions. This can probably be done by
A) The leaders (Oleg & Dan), but this could be considered to be too much of a commitment
OR
2) Anyone can post a question at a given time. Something like at 9AM and 9PM. Kind of first come, first serve basis.
Also perhaps if we start a new thread, we might attract more people and end up with more participants.
