Don't ever buy Kentucky caviar (paddlefish roe). I miss my black "smack" since it costs a zillion dollars. I saw this American product in a store next to the real Iranian (stratospherically priced) caviar. I love all things American, but this is gross. Don't waste 40 dollars. It's not even close!
