We are planning Banff, Alberts, Canada. My in-laws went there and LOVED it. And of course Rome. Does anybody have any tips for Rome, we wanna go next year.
Forgot to mention San Diego, very nice to kick back and have fun. Love the Zoo, was not impressed with the Sea World. San Diego is nice for a Xmas vacation for those who live in the USA in terms of weather. Try Coronado hotel Xmas dinner. Biy, was it good! You have to pay for alcohol separately, but the interior and exterior stuff is marvelous. I love the Xmas tree, truly old-fashioned in a good way.
San Francisco is one of my favorite cities. Just a great place to roam and enjoy great food. Bodene bread is to die for.
