I read that there were a couple of dozens of fatalities - most are still under investigation, as to the causes, and about 200-300 total complains about problems with accelerator pedals and/or brakes.
That's for about 8 million cars on the road.
In other words, you have a better chance of being struck by a lightning or win New York State Lotto than to have problems with your Toyota. Period. End of sentence.
