here are my 5 cents. I will , of course, talk about "energy vampires" in metaphorical, not literal sense. I see many, many people every day. About 15 years ago I noticed that after interaction with certain individuals I feel really "drained", tired and irritable. I did some "research", that actually involved studying yoga and QiGong, and found ways of not letting those people "suck my energy" out of me, not let them get under my skin. Those I call "energy vampires", and if after first interaction I feel "drained", I mentally prepare myself for the next one and not let this happen again.....
