Oleg, it's simple, what I love about EV1? - the idea.. now, did people buy these cars? - yes.. was it expensive? - I wouldn't say so, they were $400-500 per month rental in 1996. did people drive them? - yes. did they like it? - yes. were they upset that cars were taken away from them? - very much.. did they just destroyed the cars because of the f failure? - no.. they destroyed them just to destroy them as there was no new research done, no new cars offered, they shifted production of ev1 to gasoline cars and started lay off of ev1 sales team with no other reason but "they don't produce them any more".
