I think that real estate market will rebound by end of the year or in the beginning of the next year at least on the coasts. US is growing in poluplation in both ways - natural increase and immigration An it is not too smal, I do not remember the naumbers, but it is like 30mil in 15 years. All of these people moves predominatly to the coasts. Construction level is the lowest in years, so these people will drive up prices.

About rest of the prices. I am not a big expert, but haven;t seen any big discounts in any serious brands, I am not even talking about Versace, Armani and etc.
