Oleg, I agree with with you that most postings just a waste of time. I am listing AC/DC conceert in Dommington, UK and writing it just for fun. I never said that it is valuable business platform. Most people do not even know what is the USD... Some m-f talking about Amero, Afro and Gold Dinar.

So anyway, about Cota Rica. been there on both coasts, I think you are a little off on real estate values, but it is difinatly cheaper than in CA or NY.
