temporary workforce could work very well.... but politically it might be really hard to pull off. we know how protectionist this country is....... even H1 and J1 visas are harder to get these days... it's nuts. Another problem for high tech industries with temporary workforce - is business culture, it's really hard to get in 6 month. I don't think my husband would be interested in hiring anyone for 6 month, it takes time to train workers, time for them to mold into company culture....5 years is more like it
