I'd say, guys, that in the system Julia is pushing for, people will be denied any high quality treatment without any investigation - based on their political views, for example and/or a position in the socialist hierarchy. Like in the USSR. Doctors were even prohibited from prescribing listed effective medicine, if a sick person was not served by the infamous Fourth Department of Minzdrav
