The only thing I want to say is having insurance is good.
and what I know the hospital I used to go does emergency surgeries to people who does not have insurance...

"the bucket list" is an exellent movie ....
moral is simple: does not matter what insurance you have and how rich you are.....if you have serior problemms likewise cancer.
