In a good private clinic, nobody would have employed guys who narrow vessel channels instead of widening them.
Julia-at-charge of any socialist unit would do whatever it takes to justify her monstrous deity: socialist medicine, “economics”, education, etc. And that is why they oppressed dissidents - and they do in most pro communist students campuses here. Take Columbia Un for example.
