Not that I'm a great supporter of this bill, however, what you so connveniently failed to mention, is that the cram down provision has long been available to commercial (investment) property and vacation home (2nd, 3rd, 4th...) owners. So as unfair as this bill may seem, all it is doing, is making the same options available to all of the home owners, not just the privileged few.
