U.S. Rep. Mike Ross (D-AR) says that he has more than enough votes to stall out the proposed socialist healthcare plan being promoted by the Obama administration. Representative Ross, who is a member of the House Energy and Commerce committee, is a self-appointed fiscally conservative democrat (who knew?). “Last time I checked, it takes seven Democrats to stop a bill in the Energy and Commerce Committee," Ross told reporters after a House vote. "We had seven against it last Friday; we have 10 today." If these Democrats do indeed wield their power to stop this socialist healthcare reform, they will force the issue to get stuck in committee indefinitely, which is where it belongs.
