BTW, most of those babies get some version of Medicaid to supplementneonatal ICU care where they spend 4 month at 15K per day. We all apyfor them anyway
I thought the point of discussing the mortality rate was not about "who pays for what" but to show that the US is somehow behind other countries in overall mortality and infant mortality...someone wanted to make a point that our system is not the best...*-)
