So, if that family can't afford 8K for their private plan, they will become uninsured. And we are back to the square one. Nothing in this monstrous bill will contain the rising cost of healthcare.
And eventually, those who can't afford the 8 -15,000 a year private plans, will have to go to the "public option". Even if there is no such term in this bill, the mechanism for it will be there. And it will end up as a single payer. That's the ultimate goal of the progressives.
Also , if there are incentives for med school grads to go to prime care , who will pay for it? Do the extra money come at the expense of other specialties?
