Can't agree with any one of your points.
1. Palin does not project herself as a victim. The media does it for her. And since you did not read Palin's book, you can only rely on what media feeds you.
2. She is an excellent politician. She was able to unseat very powerful Republican rival, and several other established politicians. In her governing, she was more bipartisan than any Democrat can imagine.
Quitting the Governorship does not have anything to do with her ability to govern. It has to do with the huge personal debt and the hassle for the Alaskan people.
