Speaking of "young Einsteins". I had one in my group. We found money for a guy who graduated from college when he was 18 years old. Nice guy, could have gotten his PhD when he's 23 -- would have beaten me by 2 years :-). Turned out to be a flash in the pen. Bombed out of all of the exams.
