Obama wanted this disaster not to be wasted *( to parafrase his Chicago buddy Rahm Emmanuel) and use it as an opportunity to ban offshore oil drilling and help his green business buddies with huge government subsidies ( because by now everyone knows that green busines can not survive on its own due to its inefficiency and needs a lot of tax payers money ).
