Adopted Boy Sent Back to Russia Showing No Signs of Violent Behavior, Russian Officials Say

The woman put the 7 year old adopted boy on a plane with nothing but a note for the officialspinned to him and some candy.
There a very few details available, but the boy's adopted family claims he had psychotic episodes, threatened to kill them etc.

While I fully believe that the Russian adoption officials lie through their teeth about the kids' real conditions, i can't believe that this was the only solution for this American woman to resolve the situation
