Renata, if you had the reading comprehension skills of at least a first grader, it would have been clear to you that I mostly respond to the absurd comments made in the threads, and unlike most (including you), try to stay on topic - supporting my opinions with facts, instead of empty rhetoric.you had the entire day to post something in the healthcare thread, the fact that you haven't, only substantiates that other than the lazy bums, socialist, I'm right and you're wrong comments, you have absolutely nothing of value to add to the conversation.
.
and it is quite obvious that this thread is doing very little to alleviate your "frustration" - perhaps your usual dose of valium might just do the trick. ;-)

Russia sucks!!! Moscow sucks!!!! I've been here for 24 hours and I hate it. I want to go HOME. Health care, taxes, liberals, Obama, Al Sharpton, the subway, peanut butter, and 400 pound butts, I miss you!!!!
God bless America!

Everything in Moscow is covered in three inches of dirt. Not just dust but caked up solid dirt. And it's good that I came here in the spring. I hear. it can get really depressing in the winter. And they are SOOOOO defensive of their stupid fuckin' city. God forbid you mention anything negative!

And the train bombings this morning? Don't give it too much thought, my kind hearted Americans! They don't give a flying fuck about that. They feel that it ruined morning commute for a few people. That's it. Boo hoo. Just midly annoying, like a broked finger nail or a closed car-wash.

And restaurant food sucks, too. I can rank it from very gross to barely edible. AND I JUST SPENT 65 DOLLARS ON SOME COTTaGE CHESE AND YOGURT. really??? Are you kidding me?

And Rublevskoye Shosse is a fuckin' bullshit I couldn't give two shits about.

I miss you'll.

PS - and no one does anything, like work and stuff. They just meet over coffee and discuss opportunities of collaboration.

- "В России уже налaжено производство летающих тарелок. Но пока не понятно применение." I just heard in on Moscow TV news. My sister and I were rolling on the floor. Please, share it with people.

Это как в старом советском анекдоте: в 2050 году у всех в будет персональный вертолет. А зачем? Чтобы первыми успеть, если колбаса где нибудь появится.

OMG this obsession with "site your sources" that Lina has is driving me nuts. This constant need to "red herring" the conversation by arguing minor points rather than the main idea is a refuge of limited debate abilities

yeah, asking someone to cite their sources is a "red herring", but pulling numbers out of your ... or comparing healthcare to a luxury good isn't. do you even know what "red herring" means?
