I hate the bill...I hate the fact that government will mandate people to do something supposedly smart and how to spend their money..now people who make over 58K (which not a lot by any measure) would have to but insurance even if they were not planning to and not get subsidies (tax credits)..
Obama is a lier..during the pres. debate he promised not to have penalty for not buying coverage, and now there is penalty..
Dem Senators are whores, some of them were bought with special favors for their states (Mary Laundreau LA-300 mil!, Nelson - medicaid expansion, and NV will not pay it forever!)

But there is still some tiny hope it will not get through the House again because liberals in the House has vowed they won't vote for anything without public option..

Obama stated ( in the interview that i heard ) that he supports penalties for those who don't buy health insurance.
I believe he said they try to get a free ride at the expense of those who do pay.

what difference small business owner or not?? there is still penalty...and isn't it $700pp penalty when the business is under 25 employees with income under 500K??

the bill is lousy, but they should just make it workable...
we provide coverage for all our workers... it costs us about $5k per employee...so it doesn't look like it's going to change..and if you run business well, it's workable, no penalties, people are covered..
