Sviatlana, I would pay the tax to keep the right for health care. Roman just made a point himself - the best motivation is MONEY! so, when insurance companies make more money? question for a second grade... - when people die... simple answer.. if we pay tax instead of insurance we will have no more of money factor between people and doctors.

People in the countries with semi-communist health care system stay in line for years to recieve a good quality treatment. That is why many Canadians (and Europeans too) travel to the US.
Vitaly knows, two years ago I hosted a guy, pretty wealthy, who trusted the European "universal health care". When he came here, to a top private cancer center - it was too late. 4-th degree cancer - he came back and died in 2 weeks.

so, Roman, you are paying $13200/year.. now, how many people do you think can afford that much a year? by the way how many times do you go to doctors each year? does it makes sense to you?? or you think you are putting money in the "bank"and they will run to help you when you really need help with serious problem?

paing tax won't save you from different kind disadvantages....likewise, paing addition fees which always follows after visiting 'free doctor',
you won't be able to go the doc you select,,,,and treatment .....it won't the best,,, it will be min.

Julia, I pay because I am the employer not the employee. My employees do not pay, I do and I take my tax deductions on it every year.
