I understand Sviatlana, I didn't mean that you are arguing, but that I was
not arguing it...never mind, it's not the point.. the point is that
huge amount of people is not covered even when they pay for insurance
due to Preexisting conditions or other reasons - which every one has
one way or another.
insurance companies make money when they turn people down and in result
we have more people die here than in Iraq. it's ok to visit doctor and
pay $10, it's not ok when you need a surgery - and no one wants to help
and you have to sell your house to pay for it when you are in your
50-60th...

right now - Medicaid for people who doesn't work and it's covered with
your and my money.. every Mexican who swims the river on the
last day of their pregnancy - have free delivery in our hospitals just
to have their kid to be a citizen, and you and I paying for it as it
is EVERY DAY for years! if we expend that program for all levels - we will be able to cover
people who work hard all their life and can't afford insurance, or to
pay doctors directly.

but you may buy insurance,,,,and you are okay... huge ammount of people who not covered by health plan,,, probably they do not want to buy it, or they want make a saving... different reasons are there....
and this is their problems....

it prohibited by law do not do emergency surgery to the person who does not have insurance poli...with him/her self....

and hospitals in CA do free emergency .
